Bran Muffins With Raisins

Raisins:

Soak in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain, and set aside:

Brown Sugar

Salt

Baking Soda

Egg

Tbs
Salad Oil

Plain Yogurt

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Blend together, yet do no overmix.
  3. Fold in raisins.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°.
